Every automation project is different. Final price depends on the number of tools to integrate, data volume, and how much custom logic is required. The ranges above are based on real projects we've delivered. You get an exact fixed quote after the free 30-minute audit, no surprises.

What's NOT included in the build price

  • Third-party running costs: server ₹500–₹2,000/mo, OpenAI/Claude API usage, WhatsApp Business API fees.
  • Typical total running cost for a built system: ₹1,500–₹8,000/month, billed to you directly by the provider.
  • We help you set up these accounts and estimate usage before the build begins.

Payment terms

  • Audit: paid up front. Credited toward a Build if you proceed within 30 days.
  • Build: 50% up front, 50% on go-live.
  • System Maintenance (optional add-on): monthly in advance.
  • Accepted methods: Wire transfer, Razorpay, Wise (international clients).

International clients: International clients are billed in equivalent USD: Audit $200–$300, Build $600–$1,500.

Because custom builds are all different. The one exception is WhatsApp Enquiry Automation: the scope is fixed, so the price is fixed at ₹9,999 setup and ₹2,999 a month. Everything else is quoted on the work. A multi-step lead-gen system that integrates 6 tools is ₹1,20,000. Showing one number for both would be dishonest. You get a fixed quote after the free audit.

Yes, and most clients do. The Audit fee is credited toward a Build if you proceed within 30 days. So if you pay ₹20,000 for the Audit and move to a ₹60,000 Build, you only owe ₹40,000 more.

For a custom build, running costs are paid by you directly to the providers (n8n server, OpenAI/Claude API usage, WhatsApp Business API). Typical total: ₹1,500–₹8,000/month. A self-hosted WhatsApp agent sits at the bottom of that range, a heavier lead-gen system near the top. WhatsApp Enquiry Automation works differently: the ₹2,999 a month covers it, apart from Meta's own per-message charge for outbound follow-ups. Either way I help you estimate usage before the build, not after.
