Privacy Policy

OperateAI is an AI transformation business operated by Ajay Singhadiya, a sole proprietor trading as OperateAI, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. You can reach us at support@operateai.in.

For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, OperateAI is the Data Fiduciary that decides why and how your personal data is processed.

We collect only what we need:

• Contact form: your name, work email, company name, country, and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address only.
• Technical data: when you submit a form, we briefly record the IP address of the request. We use it only to prevent spam and abuse, not to identify or track you.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. The site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics only.

• To respond to your enquiry or service request.
• To send the newsletter you opted in to (unsubscribe any time).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve our services based on aggregate, non-identifying feedback.

We rely on your consent for the contact form and newsletter, and on our legitimate need to keep the service secure for the technical data above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We use a small set of trusted providers to run this site. Each one processes your data only to provide its service to us, under its own privacy terms:

• Vercel: website hosting and infrastructure (data centres in the EU and US).
• Resend: delivery of the email your contact form generates, and storage of newsletter subscriber emails (US).
• Google: we store contact-form submissions in Google Sheets so we can respond and keep track of enquiries (US).

Some of the providers above process data on servers outside India (mainly the United States and the European Union). We only use reputable providers, and we transfer data in line with Section 16 of the DPDP Act. By using the contact form or newsletter, you understand that your data may be processed outside India for these purposes.

• Contact enquiry data: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
• Technical / IP data: a short period for security, then discarded.

You may request deletion sooner at any time (see section 7).

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• ask us to correct or complete it,
• ask us to erase it,
• withdraw your consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe),
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to,
• raise a grievance and have it addressed.

To exercise any of these, email support@operateai.in. We will respond within 30 days.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, email us and we will delete it.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We keep the personal data we collect to a minimum, limit who can access it, and use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps proportionate to the data we hold.

If a breach affects your personal data, we will act promptly to contain it and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

If we make a material change to how we handle your personal data, we will update the date at the top of this page, post a notice here, and where the law requires, ask for your consent again.
